The resell rights products will come with all the required files. After you buy it, you will need to download it into your computer it into a special folder created by you for this purpose. This is for easy location of the files when you need to access it.
The files that would be provided normally depending on the type of resell rights are the sales page, the product, the thank you or download page, image files, etc.
These files are usually delivered as .zip files and you would need to unzip them. Next you will have to open the sales page, thank you page, etc using the HTML tool and make necessary changes like adding the price, a PayPal payment button and other minor changes as required.
